by Clevins, 299 days agoWell, unfortunately it is time to close the doors on Nemesis.
The main reason we started the guild was because Munn and I (Clevins) wanted to make a guild exactly how we wanted it from the ground up. We had a lot of good ideas, and most of them worked out perfectly. He didn't want to be in charge, having had the experience before and finding it not to his liking. So, I said I would do it. Supersaiyin left Anonymous to help us because we all know each other IRL, and he thought our ideas were good.
Even though Munn was not the GM, he still had a ton of say over what we did. This was, after all, mostly his idea. When he decided he didn't want to play WoW nearly as much anymore, he left Nemesis. Basically Super and I were left to lead, and as neither of us has much time to be on, nor the time to devote to the behind the scenes aspects of leading a guild, we have decided the best thing to do is close it down.
We greatly enjoyed running with all of you. You are all great people and extremly fun to raid with. Please do not harbor any hard feelings. We value all of your friendships.
The only reason we are disbanding the guild is because we feel it would not be fair to continue to lead when we are unable to fulfill the duties required of us as Guild Master, and Officers.
